Your job is to make sure you provide them with the option to do both, backed by the training, support and guidance they need to be successful.
So how to you do that without spending all of your time training your new team members? Having a training system in place that your team can just plug into and get all the training and support they need whether they choose to market online or off. It doesn’t matter if you don’t like online marketing and only do offline, or vise verse. You need to be able to cater to each and every person you recruit and the way to do that is to have a training system in place that they will provide them with what they need to get started and be successful.
Like I said earlier, the average lifespan of most network marketing businesses is 93 days. That means that you only have 93 days to get your new recruits in profit and making money, or else they will most likely get discouraged and quit. To build a big organization and create massive duplication, you need to get your new team members in profit within 93 days or else they will most likely get discouraged and quit.
