*Make the subscriber get excited about your products: This ties into the point made above. You not only want them to be able to come to you with answers, but you need to be there to provide answers to their questions, and you need to have easy solutions that they had not thought about.

Innovation can be very exciting and that is what sales are all about. Making the customer excited about all your products, so they are not being sold to. Instead, they are begging you to sell them something to help with their problems.

*Create new ways to say, “Thank you for you business”: This is an often overlooked important point. This aftersale thought gains the trust of subscribers to help build return customers. Because without trust and feeling like they made a connection with you on a personal level, they are not going to plan on returning to you with their next problem.

We, as Internet Marketers, must always strive to connect more and more with our list subscribers. You do not have the advantages of off-line salesmen being able to meet face to face with your prospect, so you must use your unique advantage and make all of your communication more personal and trusting.
